I met Zack of Two Rivers Specialty Meats at Feast of Fields UBC Farm. “Two Rivers” is a local distributor of very fine British Columbia raised meat. They’re a great “broker” between producer and consumer as they carry the top local organic and free-range producers in the area. Here’s a partial list:
